For presenters:
Can I bring my own laptop for my presentation?
Yes.
Can I bring along my memory stick and use the faculty laptop?
Yes. But in that case we need to check whether we can support your presentation format.
Will there be an Internet connection for presenters?
Yes. The faculty laptop has a wireless connection.
Can I also bring transparencies?
Yes, you can. There will be an overhead projector.
For the 'education market' on Friday (February 9 2007), will there be sufficient outlets and Internet connections for a digital presentation/ demonstration?
Yes, there are sufficient outlets. There will be wireless Internet access available in our meeting room.
For other participants:
Will there be electricity outlets for my laptop during the workshop?
There will be enough outlets in the meeting room. However, our feeling is that the use laptops during sessions usually hinders interaction. So we would like to try to do without, and ask you to email, etc. during breaks.

So we would like to try to do without, and ask you to email, etc. during breaks. NB: There are a number of public PCs available in the hall for web browsing, email checking etc. These PCs do not have accessible USB ports.
